Let the Formula One season begin! To celebrate, we take you for a food and wine tour in the beautiful city of Melbourne:

Middle Park Hotel

The joy of eating real food is rediscovered at the Middle Park Hotel, with a focus on bringing the best Victorian produce from ‘paddock to plate’. Situated in the heart of Melbourne, the boutique hotel has 25 rooms available for international and locals alike.

Crown

Crown Melbourne is a sprawling riverside entertainment complex with 3 hotels, spas, casino as well as some of Melbourne’s most iconic restaurants and bars.
During the 2017 Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix, Crown will be running a major complex wide promotion with Chandon Non Vintage Brut. Customers will have an opportunity to win a Singapore F1 Grand Prix package valued at $5,000! To enter, customers need only purchase 2 flutes or a bottle of Chandon NV Brut. The promotion will be active in the following venues at Crown Melbourne: Atrium Bar, Conservatory, Groove Bar, Mr Hive, Jackpot Bar, Largerfield, Lumia, Sports Bar, Tonic, Velvet, Co, Fusion and Club 23 until the end of March 2017 . On top of this Chandon will be taking over the Atrium bar with a fully bespoke Chandon fit out.

The Railway Hotel - Chapel St Windsor

Located on trendy Chapel Street in Windsor is the iconic Railway Hotel. Famous for it’s 24 hour a day bottleshop and it’s hatted restaurant (Highline Restaurant at the Railway Hotel). The Railway Hotel also has one of the coolest deck bars in Melbourne. Within walking distance of the Grand Prix track it is the perfect place to enjoy after race drinks listening to old school tunes watching the night settle over the city.

 Coppersmith

The Coppersmith Hotel is a home away from home for the seasoned traveller. A place where you’re invited to become a local.  Coppersmith is an architecturally designed, boutique hotel with a bistro, bar and roof top retreat. Combining intimacy with privacy, they’ve created a sophisticated urban oasis.

St. Hotel

Faithfully retaining the classic bones of the heritage-listed former St Kilda Bank building, the stunningly redesigned St. Hotel is an inspired transformation of a much-loved Fitzroy St icon. Having first opened our doors in 1905, just like the suburb of St Kilda, St Hotel has grown up too. St Hotel has the belief that food and drink is the best way in life to bring people together.
